Election

Election is coming up.Next Sunday "we" have to elect the future chancelor of Germany.
I don´t want to get into the whole "who should I vote for" debakel, but I want to rant. Big time.
Posters are a very common way to get the voters attention. I got used to those and after the previews to elections we had this year I´m quite good in ignoring them.
This morning however I drove throught a main street with lots of different cafes and shops. And there where about a million of new posters.Hung up over night on every tree or lamp post. There is one on every three meters.I´m not exaggerating here. And they belong to ONE party. So despite the annoying posters we already had, they added even more. No one has bother so far to put down the ones from the election four weeks ago.
The environment doesn´t seem to be that important anymore.I don´t even want to know how many trees had to die for those posters.
That´s not it. There are adds on TV. But not the ones from the parties to inform about their programm.No.These just tell you to go and vote in the first place.
In addition to that there are members of the parties on every street corner giving away roses, flyers and balloons.
All this is really starting to tick me off. I´m so annoyed.
But I´m still not sure if I want sunday to ever be over, because after that we have to wait for terrorist attacks.
So,I guess I rather have those posters and party members "terrorizing" me than real terrorists.

I am 25!!!!!

My parents called. Not that I don´t like it when they do,BUT I hate it when they treat like I´m not capable of living my life on my own.
When I moved out nearly four years ago I understood why they were worried. Paying bills in time, cleaning, groceries, cooking, school, finding a job I admit that all these things can be a little tricky when living on your own for the first time, but I think by now my dear parents should see that I´m doing great on my own.
Instead they ask me things like "Did you wash your clothes?" "Is your appartement clean?" "Did you buy food?"
Am I really supposed to answer these questions? How can I do that without getting, let´s say, unfriendly?
Last time my father came to pick me up,because I wanted to visit my parents for christmas, I went downstairs to check my mailbox.
During the time I was away he OPENED all my cabinets and checked all the cupboards.
His behaviour is completly ridicoulus.
My mom is completly different. She just cares for me and wants to make sure I´m alright.
What on earth am I supposed to do with my father?
I really can´t take this anymore.

WTF?

My first post.I tried to find something nice to write about, but I´m just sooooooo frustrated right now that I couldn´t think of anything pleasant.
So, Basis this one is for you.
Basis is the name of a plattform that my university uses for basically everything. You have to register for classes and exams on it,it shows your schedule, your grade average etc.
At first this sounds really easy and comfy, but it´s nothing like that.
Basis NEVER works correctly.
I got refused from ALL my classes because some idiot didn´t book my last exam results in the system. And now that he finally did,the registration period is way over.
So now I have no other choice to beg each and every professor of the classes I wanted to attend to give me a place.
YAY!
